I must say, I can hardly contain myself as I sit here and type my very first blog. My friend, Debbie, turned me onto blogging a few months ago and I am just now getting around to publishing my first blog. Debbie has always inspired my creative side. She has this wonderful gift of knowing how to do everything and is always willing to share her great ideas. I often wonder though, how she has time to do it? I spend all my time browsing other blogs, finding all these great and wonderful ideas...I wonder off into Blog Never Never Land and realize 3 hours have passed and I have accomplished NOTHING! I am sure no one else EVER does this, right?? :) Today I wanted to share with you a super simple project that can be done in less than 5 minutes!!
We all love the scented anti-bacterial soap that we buy for our bathrooms and kitchens. Has anyone ever thought that the labels on the soap container need a little sprucing up? Here is a quick, fun project to give your anti-bacterial soaps a little pop! Take your soap bottle and remove the label. Find your favorite image and cut it to fit the front of your bottle. I, personally, love The Graphics Fairy and have found many great images on her site! After placing it on the bottle with a little glue, I finished it off with some Mod Podge and some twine! SO EASY!
